The Duo Class began in 1946 as the young adult class. It meets Sundays at 9 AM in the chapel and uses the Adult Bible Studies curriculum. Frank Akers is teacher; Ruth Northway is substitute. They still have several charter members actively involved in the class. With a weekly attendance of about 12-15, the class begins with prayer, hymn singing, announcements, and recognition of birthday and anniversaries. Money in the class treasury is donated to various charities and is also used to help a needy household at Christmas. Monthly social luncheons are held. All are welcome to join this class!
